Ludo.ai has been integrating AI into game development tools for three years. And now it is capitalizing on generative AI by creating a text-to-video generator tool for game developers.

Solo developer Inga Pflaumer animated every hero in Song of Larithea with Ludo: 88 sprite animations so far, at full size for the story and as chibis for the fight grid. Here is how she lines up poses before animating, picks frame counts per moment, and prototyped on GIFs before the sprite sheets were ready.

Veridium: Final Pulse is a solo-developed cyberpunk card battler crossed with a visual novel, where beating an opponent means taking their cards. Early feedback said its art looked like it came from different projects, because every asset was being generated from scratch with nothing tying it to the last. Here is how the developer used Ludo to build a visual identity, then made every new character and scene inherit it instead of starting over.

Théo Dumont builds Tales of Honaria alone in Godot 4: a portrait-first mobile TCG with 150+ cards shipped, three animal clans and a stack of live modes. Here is how he produced the UI, sprites, creature voices and the pre-fight VS screen with Ludo wired straight into his coding session.

Echoes of Creation is a live online open-world RPG on Steam with servers, raids, a player economy, and weekly content, built and operated by one developer. Mark's art and audio department is a prompt library: one locked Ludo preset produced 230+ item and skill icons that read as a single set, image-to-3D concepts defined the game's cast, and all 24 soundtrack tracks came from written mood specs. The pipeline runs inside Claude Code through the Ludo MCP, so asset production happens in the same conversation as the code that uses it.
